Ben was very friendly and pleasant. He answered every question we had as first-time skiers, including some non-ski-related ones such as good restaurants in the local area. He ensured we were all equipped with the correct sizes of boots, boards and helmets. The only downside was that the equipment was a bit expensive to rent but that was more Intersport's problem and nothing to do with him. Aside from that, everything from the quality of the gears rented to the return process was smooth and straightforward. I would recommend Intersport. If you are in the Dorfstraße 21 store, look for Ben! 😘

Cannot fault the service I received. The team in the shop provided me with excellent ski equipment to match my level of skiing.
They listened carefully to my requests and also gave me good advice when I was buying some ski clothing.
What I really appreciated was that the service was very personable , and staff willingly gave time, and made time , for the customers.

The staff that helped me were all great. I had an issue with boots due to an op on my foot last year, they were sympathetic, understood and sorted me out. I had to go back for an adjustment - all dealt with in minutes. They were so helpful and friendly. It was much applicated the boots were great and so comfortable.

The team in the shop were amazing. They laughed at my 21year old boots and assured me I would be back in a few days… They were right! They were really helpful, trying to find boots for me to buy and recommended one they couldn’t supply. Instead of making me buy something that wasn’t suitable, they rented me boots for three days and didn’t even charge. my family and I had a really excellent experience with them and couldn’t recommend them more highly to everyone!
