We were very pleased with the ability to try on ski gear and to be charged only for what we used. Because snow in town was less than hoped, we returned our gear early and were refunded the difference. Very convenient for us to try skiing and snowboarding without prior experience.

Wir waren spontan in Lech am Arlberg und wurden herzlich empfangen und bedient gleichwohl wir nichts reserviert hatte. Wir haben sogar spontan einen Tag drangegangen, kein Problem, einfach bei der Rückgabe nachbezahlt!! Keine Diskussion - kein Ärger!!

Staff helping for both pickup and drop off were great. Friendly, helpful and extremely welcoming. I asked for a certain ski and size (bent 100, ~178), and on pickup the gentleman helping went out of his way to find them in storage! Thanks!

Es gab nur Probleme mit der Sprache. Da ich nicht sehr gut englisch spreche, war die Verständigung nicht optimal. Dies konnten wir aber gut meistern, da mein Sohn sehr gut englisch spricht. Wäre er aber nicht dabei gewesen, hätte ich schon Probleme bekommen, alles zu verstehen.
