Euer Team war super. Bestes Erlebnis ever. Es war das siebte Mal, daß wir bei Intersport in St Anton unser Equipment gemietet haben und mit Abstand das beste Mal. Das Team war super freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend. Der Laden ist gemütlich und die Ausrüstung super. Valluga ist der beste Shop in St Anton. Zusammen mit dem wahnsinnigen Schnee einfach eine super Woche. Vielen Dank.

Everyone at Central Sport was really helpful - they stayed open late on the evening of our arrival and were also happy to help us swap over a set of boots halfway through. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Der Herr, der meine Skischuhe angepasst hat, wirkte etwas genervt von dem ganzen Vorgang. Fast so, als ob er diese Arbeit nicht wirklich gerne machte. Trotzdem hat er die Schuhe und Skier gut eingestellt. Alle anderen Angestellten, mit denen ich zu tun hatte, sowohl an der Kasse als auch eine andere Mitarbeiterin, waren freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Unfortunately there were no more poles in my size available. I came back three days to check, but nothing was arranged. I had to ski a whole week with poles which were at least 10 cm to tall.

GEORG in your Wengen shop was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. (Much more than some others on the sales team, who seemed tolerant, but not particularly friendly to customers.) I really appreciated Georg's helpful information and great attitude. Overall, the flow of the service was well organized.

Wir haben zwei Mal Depot Ski und Skischuhe gebucht. Gemäss dem Bild im Internet ist dies ein Kasten. Vor Ort haben wir jedoch ein Fach für die Skischuhe und eine Möglichkeit für die Ski getrennt erhalten, da die Kasten bereits ausgebucht waren.
Für mich ist es irreführend, wenn im Internet ein falsches Bild dargestellt wird resp. in der heutigen Zeit ist es kein Problem, dass eine Meldung "ausgebucht" erscheinen sollte.
Fazit: Wir haben nicht dies bekommen, was wir gebucht haben - gemäss Preisliste haben wir aber weniger bezahlt.

La meme personne qui a donné a ma fille des dkis trop grands, quand on est retourné le lendemain, il disait lui-meme que les skis étaient trop grands... il n'y a pas jne approche consistente concermant les mesures des chaussures de skis non plus, l'un qui dit que ca doit etre un numero plus grand, l'autre qui dit Que ca doit etre plus fixe.

Haven't been skiing for 7 years, and was very impressed with your system - scanning feet was an excellent idea. Unfortunately I had some problems (slightly swollen feet) getting into the boots, but the assistant was super helpful, and boots were very comfortable. An added bonus was leaving the skis etc at the shop at the end of the day. Excellent service, and friendly helpful staff. Coped very efficiently with 12 of us!

Der INTERSPORT Rent an der Fleckalmbahn hat gut gelauntes Personal und durch den beheizten Raum mit den Locker / Spindschränken ist der Start auf die Piste so viel angenehmer, dass Alternativen gar nicht in Frage kommen.

Wir wurden auch dieses Jahr wieder super betreut – mittlerweile das zweite Jahr, dass wir hier unsere Ski mieten. Die Beratung ist ehrlich und total hilfreich. Letztes Jahr wurde uns sogar geraten, trotz fast neuer Skischuhe ein neues Paar in der richtigen Größe zu kaufen – und das hat meine Ski-Erfahrung wirklich um Welten verbessert! Das Team ist mega geduldig, aufmerksam und einfach richtig freundlich. Man fühlt sich hier echt als Kunde willkommen.
In der Filiale merkt man auch sofort, dass das Team unter Simons Leitung richtig gut zusammenarbeitet und Spaß hat. Die Stimmung ist top, alle geben sich Mühe und sind für die Kunden da – sowas sieht man heute nicht mehr oft. Viel positive Energie, super Service und top gepflegtes Material. Weiter so!
