Lage, Personal, Auswahl und Kombination aus Zweistelle direkt an der Piste sind unschlagbar. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und habe mich immer wohl gefühlt. Auch bei nicht exakt passender Ausrüstung wurde bei Vorbeikommen direkt eine Alternative präsentiert. Auch das Depot von Privatschuhen tagsüber und der Ski zum nächsten Tag sind top!

A family member booked the ski hire for me and I think it seemed a bit difficult booking for multiple people with different ski requirements, but apart from that, really great and smooth experience. Friendly staff and super straightforward process, from getting boots fitted, skis and storage given, and handing back skis at the end. Thank you!

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all of our questions in clear English as if I were back home in my own country.. The rental equipment was in good shape, almost new, and is quality brand, not junk. I rented for 5 days but ender up returning in 4 days and they refunded the unused day with no problems. A very happy customer.

Yes, amazing staff. My wife had problems skiing the 1st day of 3 after 30 cms of snow and they refunded last 2 days rental. And a special thank you to Moni helped helped my daughter call the bus company when she lost her phone on the bus. Phone was recovered within an hour and all was good. Thank you

Ich möchte mich ganz herzlich für die kompetente und umfassende Beratung bedanken. Der Mitarbeiter hat sich trotz Hochsaison Zeit für uns genommen. Ich hatte im Vorfeld Befürchtungen, dass wir vielleicht nicht den "passenden Ski" bekommen und mich eingelesen. Der Mitarbeiter hat sich meine Vorstellung vom Ski angehört und uns dann einen anderen Vorschlag gemacht. Annoyingly I cannot remember the guys name but when I arrived there was no record of my booking so instead he went above and beyond and sourced for me an awesome Camber hybrid freshly waxed. Absolutely amazing board and such good customer service.

I was really surprised to learn that there was no insurance in place when my snowboard was stolen, and that I was required to cover half the cost of a replacement. Given that the board would have paid for itself many times over during the season, it left a bit of a sour impression.
Running my own business, I make sure my equipment is insured, so it was unexpected to find that this wasn’t the case here. It might be worth considering offering customers the option to add insurance for a small additional fee in situations like this.
Otherwise I found the entire rental experience perfect.
