You should do the reservation online(order confirmation) fully digital, se we as customers should not print the order confirmation, digital confirmation should be sufficient.

The rental price of the items are too expensive. The ski boots can be lighter and of better quality. I developed blisters after the ski session. The space in the shop is too tight to put on the gears.

Due to resort lift closures we never collected our skis and boots until the second day of hire period. We were told the first day would be refunded to my credit card. I am yet to receive the refund.
