The staff were extremely helpful and handled things quickly. A person of particular note was Sebastian (apologies if I spelt the name incorrectly) who spared no expense whatsoever in assisting us throughout the rental process and was happy to assist us in understanding the way the charges were handled on the receipt. The only annoyance I had was the way online charges were handled. They were handled as a discount at the checkout, as opposed to items already purchased, which was confusing.

Reserved online via phone - same day pickup without any issues. Quick info on how I can check out the equipment at any Intersport store, super convenient for the last day planning. Overall a fairly priced and 10%- discounted rental experience and 10/10 customer handling on my end. A good friend ran into a very unpleasant worker and was very much unhappy, let‘s hope it was just a bad day‘ occasion, other than that 9,5/10 from my end :)

Vielen Dank für die tolle Beratung, den super netten Service & die Sonne am Berg (habt ihr auch organisiert, oder ,-) Habe mir am Ende einen sehr guten Ski gekauft.- War wichtig, dass ihr auch Material für sehr gute Skifahrerinnen habt, dass man zuvor ausprobieren konnte. Ich habe für fünf Tage Ski und Schuhe gemietet und alles hat von der Abholung bis zur Rückgabe bestens funktioniert. Nach dem ersten Tag habe ich gemerkt, dass ich mit den Skiern nicht ganz zurechtkam. Mir wurde sofort und unkompliziert ein anderes Paar angeboten, damit kam ich dann hervorragend klar. Sämtliche Erfahrungen mit Intersport im Stubaital sind äußerst positiv. Ich kenne kein Skigebiet mit einer vergleichbar nahtlosen Integration von der Anreise mittels öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel über die Ausleihe der Ausrüstung bis zur Deponierung direkt bei der Gondel. Das i-Tüpfelchen sind die Mitarbeiter: immer mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen und sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. 6 Sterne von mir!
