The two gents who were in the rent station were fantastic as I had issues with the boots causing inflammation in my feet. They knew what the issue was and found a better pair of boots which fitted well and stopped further inflammation. I would recommend them based on how efficient they were.

Ich habe mit der Stornooption meine Langlaufausrüstung für 4 Tagen gemietet. Nun musste ich aufgrund der Wetterbedingungen und habe die Ski nur für 2 Tagen gemietet. Im Sportladen, haben sie mir mitgeteilt, dass die Rückvergütung via Intersport abgewickelt wird. Können Sie mir darüber weitere Informationen geben? Benötigen Sie dazu noch Angaben von mir? Da war ein Check-In beim Eingang. Ich wusste nicht, ob ich ein Check-In machen musste, obwohl ich bereits reserviert hatte. Was heisst Check-In? Das mache ich in einem Hotel nachdem ich reserviert hatte. War also nicht ganz klar. Das ist keine Kritik, sondern einfach nur ein Gedanke. Nachdem ich gefragt hatte, war alles klar.

Ein Stern Abzug bei der Abwicklung vor Ort. Trotz detaillierten Angaben wie Gewicht, Grösse beim Reservierungsprozess musste man Vorort nochmals das ganze Prozedere mündlich beantworten (Empfand das mühsam, dass man zweimal die gleichen Infos geben muss).
Bei der Qualität der Skiausrüstung war ich mit den Schuhen nicht zufrieden, diese mussten alle paar Kilometer Langlauf wieder nachgezogen werden. Die Zugbändel waren verbraucht und lösten sich immerwieder und die Griffe der Skistöcke waren ekelhaft klebrig.

Es hat eine ganze Weile gebraucht bis die Reservierung gefunden wurde, trotz dass bereits bezahlt wurde. Erst nachdem eine zweite Mitarbeiterin den Code gescannt hatte wurde die Reservierung gefunden.

The renting was fast and efficient. The staff were friendly and fitted everyone with the perfect equipment for them. The first pair of boots I was given were just right which has never happened to me before!
The convenience of storing the equipment in the shop was great and easy if anything needed changing. All around ten out of ten! Thank you.

A great experience. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, were good fun and quick to get everything fitted. The pre sizing with weight etc. made everything even quicker. Intersport is the go to for our ski hire.
