Very well treated by the staff, they were super friendly and helpful. English was a plus and it was very amazing that they didn't even think twice before changing the language.
Rented boots and staff were super flexible when I told my first boots were a little too small and helped me right away. Highly recomend the store.
The whole McBoard and Intersport mix by the website was a little tricky, though. Felt like I needed to search around for some time till I was able to rent from McBoard itself. Other than that, it was super easy after booking. Came there, showed my reservation and went off Snowboarding in no time.
