Our flight got canceled so we could ski the first day that we booked. The people in the shop were very helpfull and we got our money for the first day back!!

We were helped in a very friendly and professional manner. Even though we arrived shortly before closing time to pick up our pre-booked ski equipment, the staff took plenty of time for us and were extremely helpful. Because we arrived late, we did not yet have our ski passes and could not link them to the lockers. This was handled very smoothly: the shop provided us with temporary cards, which we were able to exchange easily the following day. Halfway through the rental period, one of the ski poles broke and was replaced immediately without any discussion. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service, the helpful staff, and the convenience of the storage facilities. We will definitely rent here again on our next ski trip.
