Unfortunately the shop didn’t offer ski boots of sufficient width so my husband had to borrow from somewhere else, despite us having paid for the 4 days of rental with Intersport. Is there a chance to request a refund for his pair of ski boots that he didn’t get to use? Thanks for letting me know!
