Mixed experience. The staff member couldn't clearly explain the difference between the e-bike and the electric cycle when I asked. When I decided to rent the e-bicycle, I felt like I was being interviewed — he asked many questions about my route and kept discouraging me from taking it, which was uncomfortable. He also warned me that turbo mode would drain the battery very quickly, but while riding I found that wasn't accurate at all — the charge held up well even when I used turbo. On the positive side, he did hold my luggage while I was out and returned everything safely when I came back. So the service was helpful in some ways but the overall attitude and inaccurate information made the experience frustrating.
