When making a booking, I contacted you to ask you to reserve a specific ski model. I was told to enter the model of ski on the booking form then those specific skis would be booked for me. At check-in it turned out that the skis were not waiting for me and the unpleasant salesman seemed indignant that a customer wanted a particular model of ski and you had to look for them in the back. I decided to use your services again purely because of the model of skis that only you have. Fortunately the skis were found but the distaste remained.
