The store manager, I believe she's the young woman, was very polite and accommodating to the customer's requests, especially very small ones. I would advise her staff to adopt the same approach, as treating a customer poorly and superficially is enough to keep them from coming back. Thank you.

Die Reservierung unserer Langlaufski an der Corvatsch-Talstation in Surlej hat problemlos funktioniert. Das Personal war super freundlich, das Material stand wie bestellt bereit und konnte sofort bezogen werden.
