It was great to be able to rent our equipment for the two weeks (1st week in Lech and the 2nd in St Anton), and return it at a different location. My skis had become slightly less sharp after 10 days, and they were not providing as much grip on icy runs anymore. Intersport happily swapped them for a just serviced set.
Michael (Lech - Schlosskopf) was also very helpful when my skis were mistakenly taken by someone else.

The guys in the shop were so friendly and helpful - they really went above and beyond. We were also really impressed with the air freshness - given all the boots and bodies it could have been smelly but it was a really pleasant environment.
