Ich fand es ein bisschen schade, dass beim Verleih nicht explizit auf die unterschiedlichen Preise eingegangen wurde. Ich hatte Fahrerfahrung und somit wurde mir dann automatisch das teurere Premiumboard verliehen, ohne dass ich den Unterschied kannte - da wäre ein bisschen mehr Transparenz cool!

Ben was very friendly and pleasant. He answered every question we had as first-time skiers, including some non-ski-related ones such as good restaurants in the local area. He ensured we were all equipped with the correct sizes of boots, boards and helmets. The only downside was that the equipment was a bit expensive to rent but that was more Intersport's problem and nothing to do with him. Aside from that, everything from the quality of the gears rented to the return process was smooth and straightforward. I would recommend Intersport. If you are in the Dorfstraße 21 store, look for Ben! 😘

Cannot fault the service I received. The team in the shop provided me with excellent ski equipment to match my level of skiing.
They listened carefully to my requests and also gave me good advice when I was buying some ski clothing.
What I really appreciated was that the service was very personable , and staff willingly gave time, and made time , for the customers.
