We were extremely well looked after all week by Tomo. He was so helpful in choosing the right equipment and helping my whole family on a daily basis. Excellent customer service.

Tomo was really excellent. Went above and beyond. Helped us get our boots on and off which really wasn’t expected but a great help!

Thomo was a huge help. Really friendly (being a Geordie) and nothing was too much trouble for him. We felt in very good and capable hands in getting sorted out with the right equipment and also in buying some new boots. That isn't to ignore Theodor and his other colleague (whose name I unfortunately don't remember) who were also really helpful. Would definitely use them again.
