I intended to order ski for 2 kids, and 2 adults, 6 days. I wanted to switch 1 adult ski to snowboard at day 3 (i.e. 3days ski and 3 days snowboard for 1 adult, and 6 days ski for the other adult)
To get the best deal I went online, paid in advance, and chose what I could understand was the best deal.
I ended up ordering 2 kids economy, 6 days, 1 adult economy 6 days, and 1 adult 3 days economy ski, and (on another acc) 3 days snowboard.
I cannot say what I have missed, but I must conclude that when I arrived at the Intersport shop, that it was very much wrongly ordered.
It would have been cheaper to order 2x adult premium skis, as there’s free switch to snowboard, and the kids rentals would have been included.
As it was paid online they could not assist me with any refunds at the shop, but they changed my skis to premium.
I understand that the shop did what they could, but it was not a good experience for me with the online order and the locked system.Why should I order online again from Intersport, instead of call a local shop, where they dont have so many restrictions in their system?
