Rely on qualified ski service in Lauterbrunnen

Mixed experience. The staff member couldn't clearly explain the difference between the e-bike and the electric cycle when I asked. When I decided to rent the e-bicycle, I felt like I was being interviewed — he asked many questions about my route and kept discouraging me from taking it, which was uncomfortable. He also warned me that turbo mode would drain the battery very quickly, but while riding I found that wasn't accurate at all — the charge held up well even when I used turbo. On the positive side, he did hold my luggage while I was out and returned everything safely when I came back. So the service was helpful in some ways but the overall attitude and inaccurate information made the experience frustrating.

they did not have the bicycles we ordered. We had to use ill-fitting bikes the clerk complained to us

We hired 2 e-bike for a full day at a cost of over £150. My e-bike electrics stopped working around 2 to 3 hours into the day and we took it back approximately halfway through the day but was only refunded approximately a quarter of the bikes hire. Very expensive day

Guy who served us might have been the most miserable bloke I have ever met, he was rude, abrupt and lacked basic customer service skills. He was bald if that helps identify him, and I usually laugh it off but it made both me and my friend extremely angry to the point where we were going to report it then and there but thought better of it
