The staff is friendly and super helpful. The location is great, too. I'll recommend to rent here and maybe a locker as well so you don't have to walk back to your accommodations with your boots!

Very nice experience, thank you! Only the drop-off of the ski's was quite chaotic. One employee was collecting all the boots without scanning and said it was "OK". When returning my ski's and sticks at the counter another employee told me to find my boots again so he could scan them. For the rest all good!

Equipment is a bit expensive in my opinion, but all worked well, and we were both pleased with our skis/bindings and poles, and my son's ski boots.
I don't ski very often, so cannot justify purchasing my own so rental has to be the way to go. I was pleased with how quick the shop queue vanished, and the speed and professional service of the workforce in Intersport.

Great service, I broke my skies in the morning and they could not fix it, i got to rent the most similar ones, that your employe got from the other shop i town very fast. Later I bougth new skies at the shop and got at total refound from the rentalprice.

Everything was so quick, easy to follow and efficient yet still felt like a friendly and personal service. It is obvious that you have put a lot of work into organising and refining the process as it is a breeze from a customer's perspective and made something that is often painful and frustrating at the beginning of a holiday turn into something that added to our experience and really got us even more excited to hit the hill. Very easy process! Loved the Intersport team in the shop at Axamer Lizum. My husband's ski boot broke on our second day, and the guys were quick to help him out and even upgraded his boots. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything!

Dieses Team ist super: immer gut gelaunt, super professionell und gut organisiert. Immer wieder wird einem versichert "wenn was hakt, komm vorbei, wir tauschen" - die meinen das auch so. Und als ich nun unfallbedingt nicht mehr fahren konnte, gab es eine gute Portion Mitgefühl, eine superfaire Lösung und einem kleinen Tipp, wo man sonst wandern könnte, wenn der Ski schon ausfällt. Wirklich super - ihr seid die Besten!
